When Review Collector launches, we plan for it to walk you through sending review requests by email, with optional follow-ups so more customers complete a public review on Google Maps.
We plan for happy customers to be guided to your Google Business Profile review flow so feedback appears on Google Maps where new customers already look for your business.
When available, you should be able to enable automatic responses to 5-star reviews left on Google Maps, so customers hear back from you quickly without extra work.
We plan to include Review Collector with Bizwise at no extra cost, including review request flows, Google Business Profile integration, follow-up sequences, and website integration—details may change before launch.
We expect Review Collector to require a Bizwise website so review requests stay aligned with your brand and customer experience—final requirements will be confirmed at launch.
