This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Services.

Personal Information You Provide We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including but not limited to:

• Business information
• Account credentials
• Communications with Bizwise
• Google Business Profile data (including location IDs, review text, and star ratings if you choose to connect your account)

Automatically Collected Information We may automatically collect certain information when you access the Services, including:

• Usage data and interaction logs
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our Services

We do not sell personal information. We explicitly guarantee that Google Business Profile user data fetched via the API is never sold, transferred, or brokered to external third parties or data aggregators.

4. Google API Services Usage

Bizwise allows users to connect their Google accounts to utilize our reputation management and review response features. When you authenticate via OAuth, we collect and process specific data via the Google Business Profile API, including your location IDs and customer reviews, solely to provide these operational features within your authenticated dashboard. If you connect Google Calendar, Bizwise creates, updates and deletes the appointments you make in Bizwise on your Google Calendar. We do not read or store your other calendar events. Bizwise's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Retention and deletion of Google user data

• We keep Google user data (your OAuth tokens, Google Business Profile location IDs and reviews, and the IDs of the calendar events Bizwise created) only while your Google account is connected to Bizwise and only as long as needed to provide these features.
• You can disconnect your Google account at any time in your Bizwise account settings, or revoke Bizwise's access from your Google Account permissions page. When you disconnect, we stop accessing your Google data and delete the Google user data we stored within 30 days.
• If you delete your Bizwise account, we delete all Google user data associated with it within 30 days.
• You can also ask us to delete your Google user data at any time by emailing privacy@bizwise.com. We will complete the request within 30 days.
• Appointments Bizwise added to your Google Calendar stay on your calendar after you disconnect; you can delete them from Google Calendar yourself.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Communications

Bizwise offers optional SMS/text messaging programs. SMS consent is never implied. You will only receive text messages from Bizwise if you have explicitly opted in. SMS Program Information

• Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Opt-Out & Help

• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
• Reply HELP for assistance or contact help@bizwise.com.

Re-Opt-In If you opt out, you may re-opt in by submitting a new opt-in request through our website or account settings.

6. SMS Privacy & Data Use

If you opt in to receive SMS messages, we may collect:

• Your mobile phone number
• Opt-in and opt-out timestamps
• Message content and delivery records

SMS data is used solely to operate and support the Bizwise SMS program. We do NOT sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile numbers, SMS consent data, or messaging history to third parties for marketing or lead generation purposes. We may share SMS-related data only with service providers who deliver messages on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for any other purpose.

7. Your Choices

• You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link.
• You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP.
• You may update or correct account information through your account settings.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information.
